Forgot Password

If you've forgotten your password — no worries! You can easily reset it as long as you have access to your registered email.

1. Visit the Forgot Password Page​

On the login page, click the Forgot Password link:

2. Enter Your Registered Email​

On the Forgot Password page, enter the email address you used when signing up and click the Send OTP button.

Check your inbox (e.g., Gmail) for a One-Time Password (OTP).

Important:
The OTP is valid for only 10 minutes.
Do not share it with anyone.

3. Verify the OTP​

Enter the OTP in the field provided and click Verify OTP. Our system will check if it’s valid.

  • ✅ If the OTP is correct, you'll see the Reset Password form.
  • ❌ If the OTP is expired, you’ll need to request a new one.
warning

Don't refresh the page once the Reset Password form appears.
If you do, the session will reset and you'll need to verify with a new OTP.

4. Set a New Password​

Enter a secure new password and confirm it. Once submitted, your password will be updated, and you'll be able to log in with the new credentials.
